Brazilian Finest operates this site and its services — including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services — in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our products include handcrafted candles, incense, room scents, and related home-fragrance items.
Brazilian Finest is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as purchases, returns, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Our Products
We have made every reasonable effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. Colors, finishes, textures, and other details may appear differently depending on your device.
Certain Brazilian Finest products are hand-poured, handcrafted, or individually finished in small batches. Subtle variations may naturally occur and are part of the character of handcrafted products.
Fragrance perception and performance may vary from person to person and may be influenced by room size, ventilation, temperature, humidity, placement, and other environmental factors.
All candles, room sprays, incense, diffusers, and other home-fragrance products must be used according to the instructions, warnings, and care guidance provided with the product or displayed through the Services. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Section 3
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Brazilian Finest reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted or has entered preparation or fulfillment.
Brazilian Finest does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or personal preference. If a product arrives damaged in transit or during delivery, please contact us so we can review the situation. Resolutions are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Section 4
Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Section 5
Shipping and Delivery
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If your product arrives damaged in transit or during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual Property
The Services and all materials on them are owned by Brazilian Finest or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.
Sections 7–9
Tools, Links, and Shopify
Optional third-party tools are provided “as is.” Third-party links are used at your own risk. Purchases are made directly with Brazilian Finest. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Brazilian Finest, to the extent permitted by law.
Section 10
Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also process information as described in its privacy practices.
Section 11–15
Feedback, Errors, Use, Agents, and Termination
If you submit reviews or other feedback, you grant us a license to use it. We may correct errors and cancel orders if information is inaccurate. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You remain responsible for amounts due up to termination.
Section 16–18
Warranties, Liability, and Indemnification
Except where required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brazilian Finest and Bruna Fidencio are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Brazilian Finest against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Section 19–24
General Terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement concerning the Services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Proceedings must be brought in courts having jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida, to the extent permitted by law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance of those changes.
